When they inevitably hit some roadblocks, they often become discouraged. They feel like they failed, and they want to give up on their goals because they do not believe it is possible to accomplish them. They catastrophize the situation and think that if they cannot reach this goal, then what else is there for them?
When we choose to let go of the expectations we have placed on ourselves, our friends and family, society, and even life’s circumstances we gain a sense of freedom. We can finally stop trying to live up to what others want us to be and start living the life we want for ourselves.

What if my partner isn’t interested in participating.Ideally, you may find the value in both of you in your partner’s participation, but sometimes it’s difficult for individuals to be receptive to coaching when they see it as something to be “fixed.”. But if you are ready to begin coaching, you should consider beginning the coaching on your own, and your partner may be inspired to join after recognizing your positive results.

How do I know which coaching package I should select?If you and your partner are seeking to strengthen your relationship, it is ideal to sign up for the couples package. Whether you are single or in a relationship, if you recognize that you can benefit from adding new tools to your toolbox to effectively communicate through challenging situations, then the individual package is for you. You will be able to improve your interactions with others.

What should we expect in the first session?During the initial session, we will spend time getting an understanding of the coach and client relationship. You will be able to get to know me, and I will learn about you and the goals of your relationship. We will be able to begin new skills in the initial session.
